Betty has been teaching Hammered
Dulcimer for 6 years in the Memphis area.
She especially enjoys teaching beginner,
novice and intermediate players as they
are first learning to appreciate the joy of
making music and learning new songs and techniques on this beautiful instrument.  The word "dulcimer" is translated from Latin, meaning "sweet music."

"Music, once admitted to the soul, becomes a part of the Spirit, and never dies."
